I wish there was an option to chose higher than five because Joe definitely deserves a 10. He went above and beyond to make sure that my husband and I were satisfied. Another dealership lost our business today due solely to customer service. Joe didn't treat us like customers but like people. As a customer service rep this was the difference between a satisfied customer and a genuinely happy person. Because of the service we rec'd today, we will surely return when we need to purchase another vehicle. Our overall experience was more than excellent. I only wish I could think of a word to describe our purchase. I was almost happy to hand over the downpayment. Joe was a human and we really appreciated that. Now instead of just a sale, I have become a loyal customer.

I finally found the Camaro I was looking for. I ended up pulling the trigger early on a 2011 Sonata and liked it..... but now that I got the Camaro I wanted I am beyond thrilled.
