Another dealership lost our business today due solely to customer service. Joe didn't treat us like customers but like people. It is not everyday that a person is kind and patient with others, but I must say that is how Jack and Brian were.  After dealing with the loss of my car of twenty years and 200,000 miles, I was emotionally hurt and connected to the TOYOTA brand.  Both of these men were great to work with.  I was not hassled, nor rushed into any type of decision, however I was allowed to make up my mind in an environment that was pleasant and warm.

In addition I must also mention Mary in finance as well. Mary explains each form in such clarity.She was indeed a pleasure.

In closing, I have never purchased an American made car, but if that experience is anything like the professionalism and care I experienced with Brian and Jack, then I know my Chevy days will be good.  I will refer my family and friends and I highly recommend Jack to others!  If I could issue GOLD stars, both men would have them.

I leased a Chevy Cruze from Brandon Metz.  As soon as I walked in the show room, he approached me.  I told him the characteristics that were important to me in a vehicle and he directed me to a couple of cars.  Both cars fit my requirements.  He was very knowledgeable about each of the cars' features.

I wanted a day to think about it and Brandon did not pressure me.  He took down some information and when I called back the next day, he had the paper work completed and ready to be filled out once I arrived at the dealership.

Brandon was not only knowledgeable and well-organized, he was personable.  I didn't feel like he just wanted me to purchase a car so he'd earn commission.  He was truly concerned about making me happy and helping me make an informed decision.  During this decision making process, we laughed a lot and he even offered to buy me dinner while I waited for the paper work process to be completed.

Lastly, he was a great go-between for me and the finance manager.  We talked numbers and how much I was willing to pay.  He and the finance manager listened to my concerns and we all can up with a great compromise.

I would recommend the Chevy Homewood Dealership to anyone.  They made every step of the car buying process as simple as 1, 2, 3....and they made me smile.  How much more can you ask for????

I am truly enjoying my Chevy Cruze....I'm the envy of everyone!!!!

I first made contact with Jack through an internet inquiry. I stated my intention of getting out of my upside down loan while maintaining a similar payment. I had credit issues that arose from a divorce making the situation more difficult. I sold my old residence which freed up some of the credit issues and Jack told me I was ok to come in and see if we could find a vehicle to match my situation. After trying several options I chose a 2010 Cobalt. Not only did I get a lower payment, I didnt have to put a down payment,something I couldnt do. Overall a great experience.
