Ray in the service department was very pleasant and helpful! My service was complete within an hour! It was a great experience!!!

Great customer service

The check-in process was smooth and efficient. However, when I went to pick up my car at the cashier counter, the experience changed. After giving a young woman my name, an older, tall woman came through a side glass door with my paperwork and key fob. She removed the key fob from the paper and placed the keys on the counter, away from me. As she walked back into the office, she glanced over her shoulder and said, “There is your key.” When I asked where my car was, she responded by pointing toward the service check-in area and said, “Go ask them.” The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. The staff in the office would greatly benefit from additional training in customer service.
